-Fixed issue where spawning a new bike would despawn the previous one which belonged to another player.

- Replaced the bike spawn system. You can now spawn your bike by opening the emotes menu and clicking on the HoverBike icon.
- Updated the chat help text with instructions on the new bike spawn system.

- Removed chat commands. You can now switch between the available led light colors by simply pressing hot keys (2, 3 and 4 number keys).
-Fixed issue where the help text would be trigged even when the player was not on the bike.
-Fixed issue where the help text would be displayed for everyone on the experience and not just for the player on the bike.
